Dartmouth to me has always been a source of forward thinking individuals and I’m proud to have had the opportunity to go there. My only concern was that the school was too “PC” and did some things that at the time seemed right but in the long run failed I was in a frat and made friends and connections for life. It has furthered my career and given me a sense of belonging that I didn’t have growing up. In high school I was considered a nerd and an outcast but when I joined a frat my passions for things like Star Wars and comic books were embraced and seen as a source of pride. This was the early 2000s before all that stuff was main stream mind you.. Being a brother built my confidence and my network of brothers helped my succeed in school and later on with my professional career. Without the Greek Society I would have never gotten to where I am today. Without the confidence that I obtained by joining Greek life I would have Never joined the 501st charity support group and turned my passion for Star Wars into something bigger and helped raise money for various charities by dressing up as characters from the movies. I would have never traveled the country doing press work at comi-cons and meeting lots of celebrities. I would have never been a star on a reality tv series. I would have never been in a dozen movies and I would never have met my wife and start a family if it weren’t for Greek Society
